Ordering & Delivery
When the website was designed and built, every measure was taken to make sure the site is secure for our customers' use. The most important element of this security is when you purchase products using credit or debit cards. Like all businesses accepting credit and debit card payments, AC Electric Motor needs to meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is met in full, through the use of Sagepay which is totally compliant with these requirements.
Purchases made through the website can be paid for by credit and debit cards via Sagepay, which is a fully approved and secure method of payment. Customers who enjoy an approved account status, will benefit from a 30-day credit payment and can settle their invoices by cheque or, preferably, by bank transfer.
AC Electric Motor is open for business every day, 24 hours a day. Simply contact us and someone will be available to help you.
We will deliver anywhere in the world. Our next day delivery service includes the UK mainland, Ireland and parts of near-Europe. We will deliver to any address, it does not have to be the same address as where we send your invoice if you are an account customer.

A 3-phase electric motor is powered by a three-phase electrical supply, which consists of three alternating currents offset in phase by 120 degrees. Due to this, a constant and balanced power flow is generated, making these motors highly efficient and suitable for industrial and heavy-duty applications.
They offer smoother operation, better performance, and require less maintenance compared to single-phase motors. View our range of 3-phase motors or give us a call to find out more - 01952 676 925
A single-phase electric motor operates using a single alternating current (AC) voltage. They are typically used for residential and light commercial applications where lower power is sufficient, such as in fans, pumps, and small appliances.
While simpler and more cost-effective, single-phase motors are generally less powerful and less efficient than a 3-phase motor, for example. View our range of single phase motors or give us a call to find out more - 01952 676 925
An ATEX motor is an electric motor specially designed to use safely in hazardous environments where there may be explosive gases, fumes or dust. They are commonly used in industries like oil and gas, chemical processing, mining, and grain handling.

An AC electric motor turns electrical energy into mechanical movement. When electricity flows into the motor, it creates a magnetic field that makes the motor’s rotor spin. This spinning motion is what powers machines and tools.
Depending on what you need powering, it will affect which AC electric motor you will need. If you need help finding this out, get in touch with our team today!
When you're testing your electric motors, you want to look out for and complete: a visual inspection, insulation resistance test, continuity test, phase balance test and motor rotation test.
If you have any questions about your current motor or think it's time to replace it, shop our range online or get in touch today!
