The TECO ALCA Series cast iron motors are built to handle the tough conditions often found in heavy-duty industrial environments. With a solid cast iron frame and flexible mounting options, the ALCA Series is well-suited for installations where durability, efficiency, and serviceability matter most.
Features
Each motor in the ALCA Series is constructed from high-grade cast iron, offering excellent resistance to impact, corrosion, and vibration. This makes them ideal for harsh working environments where reliability is critical. Motors are available in frame sizes from 80 to 315 and maintain the same physical dimensions as their IE2 counterparts, simplifying retrofits or system upgrades.
Flexible installation is made easy with multiple mounting options, including multi-mount, detachable, and fixed feet configurations. Protective elements include spring-loaded lip seals on both ends, with additional sealing on B5 flanges for use in wet or contaminated environments. A 100-micron paint system provides added protection against wear and corrosion.
