The SIMOTICS L-1FN3 series features a compact, modular design that allows for flexible configuration to meet specific application requirements. These permanent-magnet synchronous linear motors offer wear-free force transmission, ensuring high reliability and minimal maintenance. The motors are available with various cooling options, including water cooling, to manage thermal loads effectively. With nominal forces up to 10,375 N and maximum speeds reaching 836 m/min, they provide the high acceleration and velocity needed for demanding applications. The full metal encapsulation of the primary section and encased secondary sections enhance durability, while the simple electrical connection via an integrated terminal panel facilitates easy installation.
